Welcome to PWR Roanoke!

Professional Women Resources is an organization to promote a forum for the interchange of sales leads and ideas in the business community of the Roanoke Valley.

Started in 1994, Professional Women Resources (PWR) is a women’s group making cooperation its business.  Created in response to a need for organizations dedicated to supporting and encouraging professional development of working women, the nonprofit organization consists of women from Southwest Virginia who have something to offer, as well as something to gain.

Networking is largely a key focus of PWR.  The concept behind it is simple:  many businesswomen professionals need an outlet or opportunity to come together to get ideas of how to do business better, as a woman…and PWR is that outlet!

Our members work in such diverse professions as interior design, real estate, financial planning, coaching, and marketing.  If you’re interested in becoming a member, please fill out the form on this webpage.

PWR meets the first Wednesday of every month for a luncheon meeting in Roanoke.
